Leeds: Exciting news for the city! Vastint UK has welcomed law firm Devonshires as the first tenant in their new commercial building at Aire Park. This is a big step for the area.
Devonshires is taking up 6,157 square feet on the sixth floor, which will be home to meeting rooms and collaboration spaces for their growing team of 41. They opened their first office in Leeds back in 2017 to better serve clients in the north.
The firm covers a wide range of legal areas, from banking to property litigation. With this new space, they’re set to thrive in a vibrant environment.
Aire Park is shaping up to be a major business hub, with plans for nearly 750,000 square feet of office space. The first two buildings alone can accommodate over 2,000 workers, which is pretty impressive!
These new buildings are designed with sustainability in mind, aiming for top-notch certifications. It’s all about creating a great atmosphere for businesses and their employees.
Michael Cronin from Vastint UK shared that today’s workers want more than just a desk. They’re looking for a lively place to work that fosters community. Devonshires is excited to be part of this vision.
Once everything is finished, South Brook Street will have seven buildings and space for over 10,000 workers, plus retail options and parking. It’s going to be a bustling area!
Chris Drabble from Devonshires expressed his delight about the new office, emphasizing the importance of the South Bank’s redevelopment. He believes it will become a thriving business hub.
Devonshires is currently fitting out their new office and plans to move in by March. The entire Aire Park development will cover 24 acres, featuring a public park, commercial space, and quality homes, all with easy access to the city center.
