East of England: Dear Editor,

The NSPCC needs donations to help families and children. This month, we’re reaching out to entrepreneurs and small business owners for support.

By joining the NSPCC’s Partners in Business initiative, small businesses can make a difference. They can donate, host events, or fundraise for a year. Our team will help ensure their events succeed and provide updates on local NSPCC efforts.

Every £50 raised helps families for two hours. £500 funds a Helpline practitioner for 22 hours of support. £4,800 recruits and trains three new Childline volunteers to assist young people in need.

Last year, 50 participants funded 2,200 Childline counseling sessions. We aim to do even better this year with local small business support.

We invite more small businesses and entrepreneurs to join Partners in Business in 2025. For details, visit www.nspcc.org.uk/support-us/partner-with-us/partners-business or email me at Nathan.Shrubb@nspcc.org.uk.

Thanks, Nathan Shrubb, NSPCC Partners in Business Manager
