A 49-year-old man faces multiple charges, including double murder, after two women were fatally stabbed in Milton Keynes on Christmas Day
Milton Keynes: A tragic incident unfolded on Christmas Day when a 49-year-old man was charged with the murder of two women. The police say it was a suspected stabbing.
Jazwell Brown, from Bletchley, is set to appear in court soon. The victims have been identified as Joanne Pearson, 38, and Teohna Grant, 24. It’s a heartbreaking situation for their families.
Along with the murder charges, Brown faces attempted murder charges and other serious offenses, including possession of a knife. The police are taking this very seriously.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Santa Cruz Avenue around 6:30 PM. Sadly, the two women lost their lives, while a man in his late 20s and a teenage boy were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Initially, there were concerns about a dog that was hurt in the incident, but thankfully, it has survived. The police are providing support to the families affected by this tragedy.
As for the man and the teenager, they are reportedly recovering in stable condition. It’s a tough time for everyone involved, and the community is in shock.
