Glasgow: Exciting news for foodies! Meatopia is making its way to Scotland, and it’s going to be epic. The festival is all about barbecue, and it’s bringing some of the best chefs around.
The Scoop group of restaurants is sending their top talent. You’ll see Robin Aitken from Margo, Danny Carruthers from Sebb’s, and more. They’re ready to show off their skills and serve up some delicious dishes.
Dean Parker, the head chef at Celentano’s, is also on the list. He’s a regular at Meatopia and has a great background in the London food scene. Now, he’s back in Glasgow, and we can’t wait to see what he cooks up.
Nick Watkins from El Perro Negro is joining too. He’s won the UK’s best burger title twice! Plus, there’s Hamish McNeil from Eleanore and Calum Montgomery, who was named Scottish Chef of the Year in 2023. It’s a star-studded lineup!
And it doesn’t stop there! Chefs from Mirin and Haraijuku Kitchen will be there, along with Roberta Hall-McCarron and Dominic Greechan, known for their amazing takes on Scottish cuisine.
