In a shocking incident, Axel Rudakubana entered a dance class and committed a horrific attack, leaving three young girls dead and many injured.
CCTV shows him making a call at a bus stop before the attack on July 29 last year. He even hopped into a taxi, asking for directions to the dance class, and left without paying.
In less than 15 minutes, he killed three little girls and injured eight others. It’s just heartbreaking. The victims were Alice, Bebe, and Elsie, aged nine, six, and seven.
Rudakubana was sentenced to life in prison today at Liverpool Crown Court, with a minimum of 52 years. The families of the victims were devastated, calling him ‘pure evil.’
During the court proceedings, he barely spoke, but he did gloat about the killings while in custody, saying he was glad the children were dead.
The judge handed down 13 life sentences, stating it’s likely he’ll never see the outside of a prison again. It’s a tragic story that has shaken the community to its core.
