Momo King has opened its second location in Swindon, delighting fans of Nepalese cuisine with more delicious options to enjoy
Swindon: Momo King has just opened its second branch on Devizes Road in Old Town. It’s been a busy week as they welcome customers to this new spot.
Owner Sushil Paudel has been in the restaurant game since 2009, starting in Oxford. He even had a stall at Swindon’s Designer Outlet back in 2017 before opening the first restaurant in 2019.
The new location took over an empty unit that used to be Pick Up Point. They’ve done a great job sprucing it up, and you can see the familiar logo outside now.
Fans of MOMO dumplings and fried rice will be thrilled to check out the menu. It’s all about bringing those tasty Nepalese flavors to more people.
There was a bit of a wait, though. They initially planned to open before Christmas but decided to push it back. A social media post hinted at a January opening, but no exact date was given.
Mr. Paudel has also applied for a premises license to serve alcohol and play music, which sounds like a fun addition. They’re looking to have live music and late-night snacks on weekends.
The Old Town branch will be open from Tuesday to Thursday, 5 PM to 11 PM, and Friday to Sunday from midday until 11 PM. So, plenty of time to grab a bite!
