Chepstow approved removing conifers and some tree trimming. The trees at Hardwick Avenue grew too big, with two leaning into neighbors’ yards.

A small change at Beech Grove got approved too. It’s for a side door and smaller window. This relates to an earlier plan.

Abergavenny Railway Station can upgrade things, adding CCTV, lighting, and a PA system. Work must start within five years, and approved plans must be followed closely.

Someone in Abergavenny can trim a Beech tree because branches had fallen during strong winds. Trimming will reduce the tree’s weight.

Someone in Devauden doesn’t need an old rule anymore. It involved using the land for farming but has been ignored for over ten years anyway.

A barn in Monmouth can lose its hip roof detail. Work needs to begin within five years, and approved designs need to be adhered to. They also need to add nature improvements.

At Undy, changes were approved for a house. They are altering cladding and removing some gables. The ridge will line up with new gables.

Stables in Shirenewton can keep their sand track. They will need to add some plants and seeds soon after the decision.

Tree work got okayed in Mounton. Tasks include removing an ash tree near the road. They’ll also coppice a hazel tree to promote growth.

Monmouth can get energy upgrades at The Retreat. This includes wall insulation, new windows, and roofing work. Nature improvements need to be implemented.

Monmouth can trim a lime tree. People thought the tree was too large and near a parking area. They’ll reduce it by about three meters.

Chepstow didn’t approve a small ad sign for a gas station on Newport Road. The LED sign might distract drivers too much and create clutter.

Tree work got approved in Chepstow for a beech tree at St Lawrence Park. They want the tree to be more balanced, which makes it safer.
