Redd Landes in Chepstow is second, where a property sold for £1,062,500 in July 2024. Only one sale occurred there recently. All the homes on Redd Landes are detached, making it a very exclusive street.
Parkhouse in Monmouth ranks third now. A house sold for £1,045,000 back in May 2024. Parkhouse includes around 14 different homes, and four of them sold during the last decade. All the properties sold are detached houses.
Manson Lane in Monmouth is fourth place with a top sale of £1,025,000 in May 2024. Twelve properties sit along Manson Lane, and six of them sold in the last ten years. They don’t clearly know what type 57% of sold homes are.
Leechpool Holdings in Caldicot is fifth. A property went for £1,005,000, selling in March 2024. The area contains sixteen properties overall, and three have been sold within ten years. Roughly half the houses sold were detached.
