He joked that soon, we won’t have to deal with piles of letters from the government or spend ages on hold just to get an appointment. Everything could be virtual!
Using the Gov.UK Wallet will make it easier to prove you’re eligible for benefits or even check your age when buying stuff. Plus, it’s all about security and trust.
