MS Foodhall planned for Wyberton Fen retail park near Boston. Plan includes parking & creates local jobs.
The store could make local jobs. Building it would also create work. The plan includes parking with 160 spaces and seven spots for electric cars.
It joins other new places nearby, namely McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Lidl which opened recently. Tesco and Oldrids Downtown are already there.
The goal is a nice new food store, improving the area’s look and providing a modern place to shop. The front will have lots of glass, making it lively.
A dark-green frame goes around the entrance, creating a high-quality feel. Plants will shape the site’s walkways. The building will use off-white panels, giving it a modern look.
The shop front will be part glass, part cladding. Signs will go on the upper part. Boston’s M&S closed in 2019, which also sold clothes. Spalding lost their M&S in 2021, and people want M&S back.
