Bellway has raised over £4 million for Cancer Research UK, surpassing its goal. The company aims for £5 million by 2025.
Newcastle: Bellway, a national housebuilder, partnered with Cancer Research UK in 2016. They aimed to raise £4 million by the end of 2024.
Thanks to everyone’s hard work, they exceeded their goal. By December 31, 2024, they raised £4,142,621.17.
Now, Bellway has set a new target of £5 million for Cancer Research UK by 2025.
Rodica Damian from Bellway said charitable giving is a key priority. Their partnership with Cancer Research UK is strong and growing.
She expressed pride in surpassing their fundraising target. A big thank you goes to all who contributed.
Rodica also praised the divisional charity coordinators for organizing many successful events in 2024. These included dragon boat races and golf days.
They look forward to more inspiring stories in 2025 as they work towards their new goal.
In 2024, fundraising events included charity balls and a 26.7-mile charity walk along the Cotswold Way.
