Emmaus Oxford, located in Cowley, supports up to 28 formerly homeless individuals. They offer long-term accommodation and work programs to help people rebuild their lives.
Laura Bristow, the fundraising manager, expressed gratitude for the funding. She noted that it would significantly boost their Healthy Hearts program. Many people experiencing homelessness face health challenges, and this support is crucial.
