Hey, something happened in Oxford. It was on February 3rd between 12:35 and 1:00 PM. This took place near Waitrose on Old High Street. The attack happened in the alley beside the car park.

Police think a man saw an assault and supposedly intervened to help two people. The victims were a man and woman, both in their 70s. Now, police want to find this possible witness. They need help to investigate the incident properly.

TVP put out an appeal for information. They shared a photo of the man they want to find. He was holding an umbrella near the alley, close to where the assault happened.

The police described the man in the picture. He wore cream trousers and a black jacket with red trim. He carried a big blue golf umbrella.
