Then, on January 3, burglars hit the Brymbo Sports and Social Club. Again, if you have any info, just reach out to North Wales Police at 101 with reference number 25000007966.

Over the Christmas break, there was also a burglary at a building site near the canal at Mill Lane in Trevor. If you noticed anything suspicious there, they’d like you to call 101 and quote ref 25000004932.

On January 2 and 3, Darland School and Trevalyn Hall View building site were also targeted. If you saw anything strange at those spots, contact 101 with the respective references: 25000080399 for Darland and 25000004910 for Trevalyn.

To help keep your home safe, PCSO Dean Sawyer shared some handy tips. Installing a burglar alarm can really help, and using a mix of security measures like window locks and outdoor lights is a smart move.

Also, remember to lock all doors and windows, even when you’re home. It’s a good idea to secure your outdoor spaces too, so thieves can’t use your tools against you. And be cautious of unexpected visitors to avoid distraction burglaries.
