Popeyes will open a new restaurant at St Nicholas Centre in Sutton this March, offering a variety of delicious menu items.
The new restaurant will serve tasty sandwiches, wraps, Louisiana chicken, wings, and milkshakes. It’s set to open in March.
The St Nicholas Centre shared that Popeyes started 50 years ago in New Orleans. It began as a small restaurant and has grown to over 4,000 locations worldwide.
Tom Crowley, CEO of Popeyes UK, mentioned that 2025 will be exciting for the brand. They ended 2024 with impressive sales and are the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant in the UK.
They plan to open nearly one new site each week this year. This will help them reach more customers, from breakfast to late-night meals.
Popeyes also aims to hire around 2,500 new team members to support their growth. They focus on menu and technology innovation to enhance customer experience.
With the strong global appeal of the Popeyes brand, they have big plans to expand to over 350 locations in the medium term.
