Lockerbie: A special item linked to the Lockerbie disaster got some love from the Repair Shop On Tour team. They helped create a new album to keep precious photos safe.

These photos were taken back in 1988 by firefighter Roger Claymore. They were tucked away in his attic, but the old book was falling apart.

Roger reached out to the show for help, wanting to preserve these memories for everyone to see at the remembrance room in Tundergarth Kirk.

In a recent emotional episode, the new album was revealed, and you can still catch it on BBC i-player. Presenter Will Kirk shared how meaningful it was to help restore something so important.

He said it was a privilege to assist in showcasing the bravery and spirit of the Lockerbie community. Roger was over the moon with the result, saying, “It’s excellent. It does it proud.”

It’s heartwarming to see how these memories are being honored and shared with everyone.
