Highland Print Studio revives its popular printmaking classes for men aged 60+ in Inverness. Free workshops available!
Print Studio in Inverness will host free workshops. These workshops are for men over sixty years old. The Highland Print Studio is on Bank Street. They are bringing back their Wise Guys classes.
These weekly workshops teach new skills. Men can use the studio’s equipment and presses. The learning environment will be relaxed, friendly, and supportive.
Experienced artists will teach the course. Support is also available from past students who were in old Wise Guys classes. They help new participants as well. The director is happy to relaunch the project and enjoys hearing everyone’s stories.
She added that no art experience is needed. Many ways exist to make an image, and pencils aren’t the only option.
Inverness Central Ward supports the project, which makes the workshops free. Men in Inverness Central can join.
