A 64-year-old woman is accused of giving alcohol to two boys before attempting an assault, according to police reports from Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh: A wild story just came out about a 64-year-old woman named Rochelle Stewart. She’s in some serious trouble after allegedly giving booze to two young boys who were just trying to earn a few bucks shoveling snow.
So, here’s what happened. The boys, aged 12 and 13, were knocking on doors asking if anyone needed their walkways cleared. Rochelle hired them for five bucks. But instead of hot chocolate, she offered them wine and vodka. Yikes!
Things took a turn when the boys ended up drunk. They started acting all goofy, saying a lady had gotten them drunk and touched them. That’s when the police got involved after a call about a burglary.
When the cops showed up, they found the boys in pretty rough shape. They were slurring their words and clearly intoxicated. Rochelle, on the other hand, was not very cooperative. She didn’t mention anything about the boys or the alleged burglary when the police knocked on her door.
As the officers talked to the boys separately, they both told similar stories. One of them said that after drinking, Rochelle tried to touch him inappropriately. They tried to leave but had to go back for a forgotten coat, which is when the police arrived.
Rochelle denied everything, but the cops found the boy’s coat on her couch and a half-empty bottle of vodka. Plus, one of the boys even filmed part of the incident, showing Rochelle getting a little too friendly.
After the police sorted things out, they took the boys home and booked Rochelle into jail. She made bail pretty quickly, though, and is set to appear in court next month. What a crazy situation!
