Shirley Ballas shares her fear of untidy spaces as she prepares for the Celebrity Bear Hunt in Costa Rica with other stars
Costa Rica: So, Shirley Ballas, you know, the head judge from Strictly, is gearing up for this wild adventure called Celebrity Bear Hunt. She’s one of twelve celebs heading into the jungle with Bear Grylls. Sounds intense, right?
If they don’t impress, they’ll face the infamous “Bear Hunt,” where Bear will literally hunt them down. Yikes! If they get caught, they’re out of the game.
Joining her are some big names like Boris Becker, Melanie Brown from the Spice Girls, and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. It’s a star-studded lineup for sure!
Shirley recently revealed her phobia of messy spaces. She’s got to have her cleaning supplies handy to keep everything spotless. She joked about being a bit OCD and even mentioned her dislike for spiders, but she wouldn’t want to hurt them either.
At 64, she’s stepping into the role of the “mummy figure” of the group, ready to keep the peace and listen to everyone. She’s all about justice and can’t stand bullying.
Other contestants include retired rugby player Danny Cipriani and TV host Steph McGovern. It’s going to be quite the mix!
Shirley’s been prepping hard for this challenge. She’s hitting the gym and making sure to get her steps in early. She’s not just a dancer; she’s a powerhouse at 64, doing yoga and using the Peloton bike to stay fit.
If you’re curious about this show, it’s hosted by Holly Willoughby and drops on Netflix on February 5. Mark your calendars!
