Stick Man is coming to Delamere Forest. He’s from a book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. A special adventure trail starts in 2025.

The trail runs from February 2025 to January 2026. It features Stick Man activity trails designed just for the forest. Kids can follow Stick Man home, where the journey has nine activity panels.

Six spotter panels are also there, and you can build with sticks. Children can learn about forest animals, and you’ll see birds and nests, making it hands-on learning fun.

Tracey Greer manages the forest center and said they are glad Stick Man is back, believing it will be a great year. The trails mix stories and nature, connecting kids with the outdoors while they learn in a fun way.

Families can buy an activity pack for £4 to enhance the experience. The pack lets you make a Stick Man and includes a passport to collect stamps.

Kids fill the passport while doing tasks, and each stop brings new discoveries. This encourages exploration, allowing them to earn stamps and see the forest, fostering a sense of accomplishment.

This is the next phase in a partnership between Forestry England and Magic Light Pictures. This partnership started in 2014 to bring the book characters to life. Visit the Forestry England website to plan your visit and check out the fun details.
