Temple Hill Primary Academy has maintained its ‘good’ Ofsted rating, showcasing a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
Inspectors noted that the kids have a strong sense of importance and equality, making the school a united and welcoming place. They mentioned how everyone is committed to helping the students do their best.
The report highlighted that students enjoy learning and feel safe and happy. Teachers were recognized for making classes fun and interesting, which helps all pupils succeed.
While the school is doing great overall, inspectors pointed out that some students struggle with writing. They suggested that there should be more chances for kids to write in different subjects to help improve their skills.
Despite this, the report mentioned that outcomes are improving, and teachers are working hard on specific projects to boost writing skills.
Head teacher Leon Dawson expressed pride in leading such an exceptional school and emphasized the hard work of the staff and community. Garry Ratcliffe, the chief executive of The Golden Thread Alliance, also congratulated the team for their dedication and the positive feedback from Ofsted.
